When you make a booking through us, you are entering into contracts with various third-party suppliers such as tour operators, airlines, hotels, and car rental companies, as specified in your booking confirmation. The contractual agreement commences upon issuance of the booking confirmation.
Your booking is governed by both our Booking Conditions and the terms and conditions of the individual suppliers providing the services. In the event of any conflict between our terms and those of the supplier, the supplier's terms will prevail, unless invalidated or unenforceable under English law, in which case our terms will take precedence.
It's important to note that the terms of the suppliers may include limitations or exclusions of liability to you, which consequently affect our liability as well. These supplier terms often adhere to international conventions that further limit liability. Should you require, copies of relevant supplier terms and conventions are available upon request.
As your booking agent, we do not assume responsibility for the acts or omissions of the suppliers or the travel services they offer, except in cases where we are the organizer of your package holiday under the Package Travel Regulations.
Bookings can be made conveniently through our website, over the phone, or via chat with our travel agents at our agency premises. However, please note that all bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking. While we strive to provide accurate information regarding the availability of travel services on our website, we cannot guarantee that they will still be available at the time of booking. Once you submit a booking request, we will confirm the availability of your chosen travel services to you.
When making bookings online, it's important to understand that the order summary email you receive is not a contractual acceptance of the supplier's ability to provide travel services. Instead, it serves as an acknowledgement that we have received your offer. If the travel services are available as detailed on our website, we will then issue a booking confirmation to you. This confirmation marks the establishment of a contract between us, creating a legally binding agreement for the purchase of those travel arrangements, subject to the supplier's terms and conditions as well as our Booking Conditions.
Please ensure that all names listed in the booking confirmation match the names on the passports of the travellers in your party, and verify that the travel itinerary aligns with your requirements. It's crucial to note that changes to bookings are rarely possible once flight tickets and other travel documents are issued. Any alterations made may result in additional charges.
Financial Protection: When you purchase an ATOL-protected flight from us, you will receive an ATOL Certificate outlining the financial protection provided, along with information on how to proceed in case of unforeseen circumstances. Please refer to Clause 8 for detailed information regarding ATOL protection.
ATOL Protection: While many of our flights are ATOL-protected, it's important to note that some flight-only sales are facilitated by us as agents for the airline.
Availability: Seat availability and pricing are subject to the discretion of the airline. The flight times displayed are provisional and may change according to the airline's booking conditions. Please be aware that most airlines enforce a non-refundable policy for bookings.
Fares: Airfares are subject to rapid fluctuations post-initial quotation. To secure the offered fare, we recommend making a payment within one hour of booking confirmation. If the fare changes before payment, you reserve the right to cancel and claim a full refund if you choose not to proceed with the booking.
Indirect Flights: Some flights may be indirect and involve stopovers at other airports. Any stopovers will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
Baggage Allowance: The baggage allowance varies significantly among airlines and routes. Our prices include the standard baggage allowance stipulated by the airline. Additional luggage options may be available post-booking, subject to the terms and conditions of the respective airline.
Hold Luggage Charges: Certain airlines consider hold luggage as an optional extra. If a charge is applicable for holding luggage, it will not be included in our headline prices. You will have the option to add this facility during the booking process. Alternatively, opting out of hold luggage entitles you to the standard hand luggage allowance specified in the airline's booking conditions.
Check-in Procedures: Check-in procedures are detailed in the booking confirmation email sent to you. Some airlines require online check-in, and failure to comply may result in airport check-in fees. It is your responsibility to adhere to the airline's check-in requirements and to arrive at the airport well in advance of your departure time. Please note that tickets cannot be refunded or changed due to a no-show or late check-in.
Amendment and Cancellation: Most flight bookings are non-refundable by the airline and may incur charges for amendments or cancellations. Refer to the individual airline's booking conditions for precise details. As your booking agent, please contact us for any amendments or cancellations as per Clause 6 below.
Price Inclusions: The price of your holiday encompasses all taxes, additional fees, charges, and costs known at the time of booking. If certain additional costs cannot be calculated upfront, you will be provided with an indication of the potential additional expenses you may incur.
Payment Requirements: To secure your chosen travel arrangements, you will need to make either a full payment or an instalment/deposit payment at the time of booking, depending on the proximity of your booking to the travel departure date. Additionally, any applicable insurance premiums and booking fees must also be settled.
Balance Payment: If only a partial payment is made initially, the remaining balance must be settled on or before the due date specified in your booking confirmation. Failure to adhere to this may lead to cancellation of the booking by the principal(s) or supplier(s), potentially incurring cancellation fees outlined in their respective terms and conditions.
Note on Payment Handling: Unless otherwise advised or stated in the terms and conditions of the concerned supplier, all funds paid to us for travel arrangements are held on behalf of the supplier/principal involved. This excludes bookings protected by an ATOL. For ATOL-protected bookings, any funds paid to us are held on behalf of and for the benefit of the Trustees of the Air Travel Trust, ensuring consumer protection in case of financial failure of the ATOL holder.
Cancellations: You have the option to cancel your booking at any time. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email [email protected] by the lead name on your booking. The cancellation will only take effect upon receipt by us. Please be aware that the principal(s) or supplier(s) may impose cancellation fees by their terms and conditions. These fees can amount to 100% of the total price of the travel service, depending on the timing of the cancellation. Flight bookings are typically non-refundable after the booking date. Additionally, as we incur £75 administration costs in processing cancellation requests, a fee per passenger may also be charged.
Amendments: If you wish to make any changes to your booking, you must notify us in writing via email to [email protected]. While we will endeavour to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee that amendments can be made after your booking is confirmed. The possibility of amendments depends on the terms and conditions of the supplier(s) of the travel service(s). Should an amendment be feasible, an amendment fee per passenger, along with any applicable airline/supplier amendment charges, will be incurred.
In the unfortunate event that you are marked as a no-show by the airline for one or more segments of your flights, several important considerations come into play:
In addition to these measures, please be aware of the following administrative charges that may apply:
These administrative charges are implemented to cover processing costs incurred by airline suppliers in addition to the airline's cancellation fees. It's important to factor in these charges when considering alterations to your travel plans.
Your agreement with the airline acknowledges their authority to modify flight schedules without prior notice, potentially resulting in cancellations or alterations to your tickets. We undertake to promptly inform you of any changes once received from the airline.
In cases where permitted by the airline's terms and regulations, we can manage change or cancellation requests on your behalf. However, it's crucial to acknowledge that there may be instances where we do not receive notifications from the airlines. Therefore, we kindly advise you to reconfirm flight timings within 72 hours before departure to mitigate the risk of missing your flights.
Please be mindful that flight timetables are subject to alterations, and there may be an administrative fee of £75.00 per person for Economy and £150 per person for Business/ First / Premium Economy ticket cancellations or refunds, where permitted.
It's imperative to recognize that we cannot be held liable if you miss your flight due to flight changes. Ensuring you have reconfirmed the flight timings remains your responsibility.
In the event of flight delays, it's essential to understand the following:
When travelling with children, adherence to the following guidelines is crucial:

Pregnancy: Most airlines reserve a right to refuse embarkation to a woman who is in advanced pregnancy. Accordingly, please tell us at the time of making your booking if you or someone in your party is pregnant (or becomes pregnant before departure) so that we can check the policy of the relevant airline and advise you accordingly. A medical certificate from a doctor confirming fitness to travel may be required. We do not accept responsibility for anyone who is refused travel due to pregnancy if we have not been notified of the pregnancy or if the advice we have given has not been followed.
We do not accept any responsibility if you cannot travel or incur any other loss because you have not complied with any passport, visa, immigration requirements or health formalities. You agree to reimburse us for any fines or other losses which we incur as a result of your failure to comply with any such requirements or formalities.
As an intermediary, we do not assume responsibility for lost or damaged luggage. Any concerns regarding lost or damaged luggage should be reported immediately to the airline's representative at the airport. Please check with your airline or mode of transportation for any restrictions on checked-in baggage. Some items like power banks, e-cigarettes, lighters, and party poppers may not be permitted in checked baggage.
